What is your service area?
Our regular service area is all of St. Johns County and/or within a 30-mile radius from the intersection of I-95 and SR 206. We do service beyond this area for an additional charge.
Do you require a deposit?
As a mobile business, we require a minimum service call fee of $125 for an on-site visit within our 30-mile service area. Service calls beyond our service area will be an additional $1.50 a mile. Service fees allow our business to be mobile and to hold an appointment time. Each service call is charged the minimum fee even if we are already in the same area or RV Park.
*Emergency after-hours calls (5-9 p.m.) are subject to additional charges.
What are your rates?
Our hourly rate is $150 an hour with a minimum charge of one hour per service call. This minimum is applied to any work that is completed. Repairs or maintenance that extends beyond the first hour will be charged in half-hour increments.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 48-hour notice is required for an appointment change or cancellation. Because we are a mobile service, we lose the ability to fill the appointment in a timely manner. Changes or cancellations made in under 48 hours will result in a forfeit of the service fee.
